We are a family owned and operated company newly relocated to Slidell, LA! With more than 13 years in the inflatable industry we are proud to bring our great customer service, accident free history & fun inflatables to the Slidell, LA metropolitan area.
During these challenging times we are also taking every precaution with the cleaning and disinfecting of the inflatables and all equipment to keep our workers and clients as safe as possible.
Policies:
We happily accept credit cards, Cashapp & Zelle as forms of payment. All credit cards will be charged 48hrs before the event. Cashapp & Zelle payments are due 48 hrs before the event as well.
If your rental day is cancelled by us due to high winds or other inclement weather we will be happy to schedule you another day with a raincheck issued or provide a full refund. All cancellations by the client must be done within 48 hrs of delivery day for a refund, after that a raincheck will be issued to schedule for another day. Cancellation at the time of the drivers arrival by the client will result in forfeiture of the funds and NO rain-date will be issued.
